These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rnksservices.com and any services provided by RNKS Services in Reno, NV and surrounding areas. By using our site or hiring us for service, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
RNKS Services provides home and commercial services including but not limited to junk removal, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, handyman services, house moving, solar panel cleaning, holiday lighting, yard waste removal, garage cleaning, construction cleanup, and appliance removal. Specific services are subject to our quote and scheduling.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information provided by you. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, scope, or quantity differ materially from what was described. We will communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Returned checks or chargebacks may incur fees.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We do our best to honor scheduled appointments. RNKS Services reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, equipment, or staffing issues. Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Late cancellations on the day of service may incur a trip fee.
Property Access & Safety
You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe, legal access to the work site, including any necessary permits, gate codes, or instructions. RNKS Services may decline or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.
Items Not Accepted
We do not haul or remove hazardous materials including (but not limited to) asbestos, lead paint, raw chemicals, biohazards, or radioactive substances. If we discover such items on-site, we may decline to take them or reschedule pending proper handling.
Damage & Liability
RNKS Services carries liability insurance. In the rare event of property damage caused by our crew, we will work in good faith to repair or compensate. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or items left unsecured.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we'll work with you to make it right.
