How much do your services cost? +
Pricing depends on the service, size of the job, and any extras. Every estimate is free with no obligation. Most jobs are quoted as a flat all-in price so there are no surprises.

Always. Call, text, or fill out our form — quotes are free, fast, and have zero obligation.
Do you charge hidden fees? +
Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. Disposal, fuel, taxes — all included.
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers or bundles? +
Yes. Repeat customers, multi-service bundles (junk removal + pressure washing, for example), and contractor accounts all get preferred pricing. Just ask.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Cash, check, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment due on completion unless otherwise arranged.
Scheduling & Service
How fast can you come out? +
Often same-day or next-day in Reno and Sparks. Larger jobs and busier seasons may book a few days out — call us early for tight timelines.
Do you work on weekends? +
Yes — we serve customers seven days a week by appointment. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends are all on the table.
Do I need to be home during the job? +
For most outdoor work — pressure washing, yard waste, gutters — no. We can quote, do the job, and follow up by phone. Indoor work usually needs you (or someone) on-site.
What if it rains or snows? +
Some services aren't safe in rain or freezing weather. We'll proactively reschedule and call you the moment conditions change.
Service Areas
Where do you serve? +
Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Fallon, Minden, Gardnerville, and most of Northern Nevada. Outside that area? Call — we may still be able to help.
Do you charge a travel fee? +
No travel fee within Reno, Sparks, or Carson City. For extended areas, the price is built into your quote upfront.
Junk Removal & Hauling
What junk do you take? +
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, hot tubs, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and more. If you can think of it, we'll probably haul it.
What can't you take? +
Hazardous materials like asbestos, lead, raw chemicals, or biohazards require licensed hazmat contractors. Call us — we'll point you to the right partner.
Do you recycle and donate? +
Always. Usable items go to local Reno charities. Metals, electronics, and recyclables go to certified facilities. Landfill is the last resort.

Are you licensed and insured? +
Yes. RNKS Services is a licensed, insured, locally owned company. We carry full liability coverage on every job.
What if something gets damaged? +
We treat every property like our own. In the rare case of an issue, our insurance has you covered. We'll always make it right.

Yes — every crew member is vetted, trained, and accountable. We take who comes to your home seriously.
